Claire Dearing
Claire Dearing is the protective, yet bussy and shy aunt of Zach and Gray, and the deuteragonist of the movie. She is a lab worker in Masrani Global Cooperation, and later in the film, she is on the duty to protect her children from the vicious hands of nature. She helps Owen with his raptor issues.
Owen Grady
Owen Grady was a foot soldier in the U.S military, and was hired by Commander Vic Hoskins to bond with the dinosaurs Masrani is creating. Owen later starts finding out that Hoskins just manipulates him, to steal the raptors from Masrani. Owen is the tritagonist of the film.
Zach and Gray
Mitchell
Zach and Gray Mitchell are the main protagonists of the film. They are Claire's loyal and loving nephews and are on an adventure to find their way out of the dinosaur's paw and claw. They later reunite with Claire who sends them home due to safety rules.
Commander Vic Hoskins
Victor "Vic" Hoskins is the greedy and ruthless founder of InGen and has developed from it a military company. However, it was revealed he has planed all along to send Masrani and get him killed on a helicopter, with no instructor, by opportunity, and then he will gain the park as his own warzone in which he can train there dinosaurs, and sell them to the U.S military. He serves as the film's main antagonist.
Dr. Henry Wu
Dr. Henry Wu is a professional expert in dino genes and designs for Masrani park-entertainment dinosaurs. However, it was later revealed he was corrupted and hired by Commander Vic Hoskins, who plotted to kill Masrani and take over his company. Dr. Wu got fired at the end, and was taken away from the lab by InGen. He serves in the film as an antagonist, though later became uncertain.
Simon Masrani
Simon Masrani is the founder of Masrani Global Cooperation, and Vic Hoskins' former boss. However, he was tricked into getting killed on a helicopter, because he couldn't drive without the instructor who was chased away by Hoskins. His plans failed, however, memories still exist.
He was also supposed to be the creator of the dinosaurs, and he was also the owner of the park.
Zara Young
Zara Young is an assistant in the park for Claire Dearing. She is on duty to protect Zach and Gray, however, she gets killed near the end by a pteranodon.
Barry
Barry is a minor protagonist in the film. He is one of Hoskins' lietuants and in the middle of the film, he stands up for Owen infront of Hoskins, declaring that Hoskins' mission is a fieldtest.
Lowery Cruthers
Lowery is a minor protagonist in the film. He is Masrani's computer worker. Later, when Hoskins took over the company, he was fired from work.
